Sri Shanmukha Subrahmanya Sri Maha Vishnu Temple is located in Puttur taluk, Dakshina Kannada district of Karnataka state in India. Here Lord Kartikeya is worshipped as Shanmukha Subrahmanya, lord of all serpents and Lord Maha Vishnu as main deities.
